Merchant Policies

Thank you for supporting Free to Express Hair Care. The following policies outline the terms for purchasing products through our website or in-person pickup.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped every Thursday unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on holidays that lands on a Thursday will begin processing on the next business day.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed and another notification when the order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

2. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at **Free to Express Hair Studio in Selma, Texas**.

* Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
* Orders must be picked up within **7 days** of notification.
* Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Orders not picked up within the designated time may be canceled and refunded at the discretion of Free to Express Hair Care.  A 15% processing fee will be charged for items not picked up within the designated time.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

* Orders are shipped every Thursday.
* Once a package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
* Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Free to Express Hair Care is **not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers**.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Free to Express Hair Care is **not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages**.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any **additional shipping fees** required to resend the order.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** and include photos of the damaged items and packaging.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim. Resolution will depend on the carrier’s findings.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, **all sales are final**.

For safety and hygiene reasons, **we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products**.

If you receive the wrong product or an item is defective, please contact us within **3 days of receiving your order** so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

7. Product Use Disclaimer

All Free to Express Hair Care products are intended for **external cosmetic use only**.

Individual results may vary. Customers should review the ingredient list before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Free to Express Hair Care is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or sensitivities.

8. Order Refusal

Free to Express Hair Care reserves the right to **cancel or refuse any order** at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse of the purchasing system.
