Free to Express Hair Studio is a sole proprietorship business that is owned by Rasheda.  Rasheda is an Air Force veteran who has successfully completed the Sisterlock TM training in 2021 and is now a Certified Sisterlock Consultant.  Her vision is to provide reliable, consistent, and outstanding customer service in a comfortable and clean environment.  It is my duty to educate the client on Sisterlock TM and Microlock hair care before and after the provided service and ensure the client is happy with the service received.

Rasheda Buggage, owner of Free to Express Hair Studio, is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 21 years of honorable service in leadership, administration, and team development. After transitioning from military life, she combined her passion for natural beauty with her professional discipline to launch a successful career in the hair care industry.  With over a decade of experience in cosmetology and 4+ years specializing in Sisterlocks™ and Microlocks, Rasheda is known for her precision, care, and commitment to healthy hair journeys. She is also a certified Hair Loss Practitioner through the U.S. Trichology Institute, offering expert guidance on scalp health and hair loss solutions.  Whether working with clients that are just beginning their loc journey or those seeking to restore their hair health, Rasheda provides personalized, holistic care rooted in both science and artistry.
