The information below will help understand the Sisterlock TM & Microlock Establishment policies for establishments and transfer clients. Additionally, it includes what to do before and after your appointment and general information.

Sisterlock & Microlock Establishments

  • Consultations are required for Sisterlock TM and Microlock establishments.  The consultation fee $50 and will go towards the due balance of the establishment for Sisterlocks only.
  • Final pricing of your establishment will be discussed during the consultation and price will vary from person to person.
  • The remaining balance is due the first day of the establishment. 
  • Please do not plan any additional activities the day of your appointment, as the appointment can take longer than expected.
  • Any consultation fees and/or services are non-refundable.
  • Children aren't accepted at this time.

Sisterlock & Microlock Transfer Clients

  • Consultations are required for Sisterlock TM and Microlock transfer clients.  The consultation fee is $25 and will go towards the due balance of your retightening.
  • Retightening sessions for transfer clients are $125 up to 4 hours, for Sisterlocks TM and Microlocks. Any additional up charge depends on the condition of the hair.
  • Final pricing of your retightening will be discussed once the retightening is completed and will vary from person to person.
  • The remaining balance is due when the retightening is completed.
  • Please do not plan any additional activities the day of your appointment, as the appointment can take longer than expected.
  • Any consultation fees and/or service fee is non-refundable.
  • Children aren't accepted at this time.

What To Do Before Your Consultation, Establishment, & Retightening 

  • Please ensure your hair is thoroughly washed with a clarifying shampoo at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Please reschedule if you are unable to shampoo before your appointment.
  • Do not add any additional products (conditioners, gels, grease, etc.) in your hair after washing.
  • Do not blow dry or straighten your hair, leave your hair in its natural state.

Traveling Loctician Services Guidelines (Currently Unavailable to Travel)

  • A traveling fee of $1 per mile, per way.
  • The consultation fee is $50 and will go towards the due balance of your establishment or retightening.
  • Half of the final price is due prior to traveling, the remaining balance is due once services are completed.
  • The location of the Sisterlock establishment will be determined by the consultant and can change depending on what the consultant and client agrees upon. 
  • Any consultation fees and/or services are non-refundable.

General Information

  • Please do not online book as a current client if your retie has been over 8 weeks.  Call or text for an appointment.
  • Late policy - Appointments over 10 mins without a call or text will be charged a fee of $25.  Appoinments after 15 minutes late will be cancelled
  • TV volume at a maximum of 10-12.
  • Keep your head forward and straight.
  • Please no children at your appointment.
  • Clean up behind yourself or no food will be allowed.
  • Due to limited space, please no additional guest.
  • If you are sick, please reschedule. I will accommodate another time for you to get your hair serviced when you are no longer ill.
  • Snacks and water is provided with your service.  Please bring food and items that will make you comfortable during your loc'ing session.  Establishments can take 2-3 days and I want clients to be as comfortable as possible.
  • Acceptable payments are Cashapp, Zelle, Card and/or Cash
  • Any consultation fees and/or services are non-refundable.
